About Me

I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, usually struggling with issues around self-esteem, relationships, and anxiety. I have extensive experience supporting people with anxiety and low mood and clients working in pressurised workplaces, including those in leadership or managerial roles. I offer sessions outside regular office hours as well as on weekends, to fit in with busy lives.

I am experienced working with issues related to intimacy, sexuality and gender, with both LGBTQIA+ and heterosexual clients, and have worked as an honorary therapist for an LBTQIA+ therapy service for several years. Additionally, I am particular experienced working with neurodiversity, and when necessary I am able to tailor my approach, within the psychodynamic frame, to meet the needs of neurodiverse clients.

I am also professionally verified and listed listed on:
